Ghost Capital Group provides digital educational services, online learning materials, and private mentorship support. Because access to our digital content and community areas is granted immediately upon purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


1. Strict No-Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of use
  • Not achieving expected results
  • Failure to attend sessions
  • Misunderstanding the service
  • Personal circumstances

Once access is delivered, the sale is complete and non-refundable.


2. 1:1 Mentorship Sessions

For private Zoom sessions:

  • You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice
  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable

3. Billing Errors Only

Refunds will ONLY be issued for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.


4. Subscriptions

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Access continues until the end of your billing cycle
  • No refunds for unused time or partial months
